No More Bets is a 90-day program for people who want to quit gambling — sports betting, online casinos, slots and pokies, racing, poker, lottery.

It is not a lecture and it is not a diary. It is a set of tools that work while you're steady, so they're still standing when you're not.

WHAT YOU GET

• 90 daily lessons, about 3 minutes each — triggers, urges, money, family, and how to start again after a slip. Fall behind? Lessons never expire.
• Bet Blocker — block betting and casino sites in Safari, plus the odds and tipster sites around them. Removing a block takes 72 hours, so a single impulse isn't enough to undo it.
• Place reminders — a quiet heads-up on your phone when you get near a casino, betting shop or pokies venue, so you get a moment to turn around. Everything is matched on your device.
• Money saved — see the money and hours you've saved on every day you didn't bet.
• SOS — a breathing circle, a 20-minute wait timer, and one tap through to a free helpline when an urge hits.
• AI coach — talk it through anytime, even at 3 AM. It knows what you're quitting and how far you've come. Up to 30 messages a day. It is an AI, not a person, and it does not provide therapy or treatment.
• Weekly review, accountability sharing with someone you trust, and a story series written for people who've been where you are.

PRICING

The 90-day program and all tools are part of No More Bets Pro: $99.99 a year, $49.99 for 3 months, or $19.99 a month. Prices vary by region. A free trial may be offered on the yearly plan; whether one applies to you is shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
