## What is No More Him?

No More Him is a private breakup recovery and no-contact journal. It is not a public venting space, relationship judge, or mental health diagnosis tool. It helps you slow down when you want to text, explain, ask again, or replay the relationship in your head.

Use it to:

- Track your no-contact start date, no-contact days, and clarity score
- Save what you want to say in an unsent letter box instead of sending it right away
- Get through a 3-minute urge reset when the impulse feels too strong
- Log your mood weather, missing level, clarity level, and emotional triggers
- Review relationship drain signals and recovery progress in a clarity report

Privacy:

- Vents, unsent letters, mood check-ins, and relationship notes stay on your device
- No account required
- No cloud sync
- No uploads of chats, contacts, letters, or mood records
- If you delete the app, local records are deleted too

Paid features:

Lifetime Pro unlocks unlimited clarity cards and the full clarity report. Restarting the no-contact plan is a separate consumable purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple. Pro access can be restored, but local records cannot be restored after deleting the app.

No More Him is for emotional support and self-reflection only. It does not provide mental health diagnosis, legal advice, or encouragement to expose, harass, or retaliate against anyone.
