• Movement, Strength & Conditioning: Personal training, small-group strength classes, Pilates, Yoga, MovNat and functional training - with focus on technique, safety and long-term results.
• Holistic & Mind-Body Therapies: Kinesiology, Reiki, red-light and infrared therapy, counselling and health coaching to connect body, mind and energy for whole-system wellbeing.
