[리멤버의 기기 접근 권한 안내]
리멤버 앱은 서비스 운영에 필요한 접근 권한만을 사용하고 있으며, 모든 권한은 사용자의 선택에 따라 허용 여부를 결정할 수 있습니다.
선택 허용 권한
1) 카메라 : 명함을 촬영하여 입력을 요청할 경우 필요합니다. 또한, 프로필 사진을 직접 촬영하여 등록하고자 할 경우에도 사용됩니다.
2) 연락처 : 명함 정보를 휴대폰 연락처에 저장하거나, 주소록을 불러와 리멤버 명함첩에 등록하고자 하는 경우에 필요합니다. 또한, 회원이 주소록을 통해 리멤버 내에 아는 회원이 있는지 검색하고자 할 때 사용됩니다.
3) 사진 : 사진첩에 저장된 명함 이미지를 가져와 입력을 요청하고자 할 때 필요합니다. 또한 메시지로 사진을 전송하거나, 기기에 사진을 저장하고자 하는 경우에 사용됩니다.
4) 위치 : 팀 명함첩에 등록된 명함 중 사용자의 현재 위치 주변의 명함을 검색하고자 할 때 필요합니다.
5) 광고 추적 허용 : 맞춤형 채용 정보 및 유용한 콘텐츠를 전달하기 위해 필요한 권한입니다.
6) Face ID : 앱 잠금 해제 시 4자리 암호 대신 사용할 수 있습니다. 허용하지 않으셔도 암호 입력을 통해 동일하게 잠금 해제 및 서비스 이용이 가능합니다.

공고 보면서 잘 쓰고 있었는데, 사용 목적에 맞지 않는 산업이나 부서 소속이라고 이용이 제한 되었습니다. 그냥 회사 다니고 있고, 제 직무 관련 공고도 리멤버에 많이 올라와서 잘 보고 있었는데 갑자기 목적에 맞지 않는 소속이라는 판단은 잘못된 조치인 것 같습니다. 혹시 제가 이력서를 업데이트 하지 않아서 그런걸까요? 오류 수정해주실 수 있나요?

진짜 제발요 지금 제의 들어오는데, 알림만 오고 어플 들어가면 확인이 안돼요…해결해주세요

This app sends way too many ads and notification prompts for various settings. Even if I decline, it keeps asking either frequently or on a regular monthly basis. I understand that ads are a major source of revenue and that they ultimately contribute to benefiting users, but it’s just too much. It’s hard to tell whether this is a business card management app or a business shopping mall app. Also, why do I keep getting notifications to set or update my birthday and work history? I don’t like it. I want to update my birthday or work history when I feel like it. Please tone it down.

안녕하세요. 어플 사용은 정말 편해서 잘 사용하고 있습니다. 
제가 아이폰 유저인데 리멤버 통해서 명함 등록하게 되면 기본 전화 어플에서는 리멤버에서 저장된 상대방 이름으로 전화가 걸려서 잘 사용중에 있습니다.
 업무상 U+ 전화 어플중 ‘익시오’라는 어플을 사용중에 있습니다.
‘익시오’ 어플은 리멤버와 호환이 안되는지 연락처 저장 외에 번호들 (리멤버 저장 연락처) 전화 거는 사람 표시 없이 전화 옵니다.  연동 계획이 있는지 궁금합니다.

특성상 출장이 잦아 명함 봐야할때 정말 유용하게 잘쓰고 있습니다
그런데, 1가지 건의할 것이있는데요
제가 정사각형모양의 명함을 업로드 하고 싶은데 아직 직사각형 명함이 많다보니 제 명함이 회전되어 보입니다.
모양이 다르더라도 인식하여 그대로 보여줄수 있으면 좋겠습니다

1. 업데이트 이후 iOS 내 Search에서 검색이 안 됩니다. 매번 재설치를 해야하나요?
2. 위젯 추가 좀 해주세요. 리멤버 커뮤니티 기능 밀고싶으신건 알겠지만 최근 검색/연락한 연락처라든지, 명함 검색 등 위젯으로 추가하면 훨씬 더 좋은 기능들이 많은데 왜 리멤버 나우와 커뮤니티 밖에 지원을 안하시는건지 모르겠습니다.

**Developer response:** 안녕하세요 고객님. 서비스 이용에 불편을 끼쳐 죄송합니다. 고객님께서 문의하신 spotlight의 경우 OS에서 리멤버 앱에 있는 정보를 가져다 표시해 주는 기능으로, 명함이 등록되어 있으나 spotlight 검색 시 표시되지 않는다면 OS에서 명함 정보를 정상적으로 가져오지 못해 나타나는 현상 입니다. 하여, 아이폰 [설정] > [Siri 및 검색] > 하단에서 [리멤버] 앱 선택 >  [검색에서 앱 표시, 검색에서 콘텐츠 표시] 부분이 활성화 되어 있으나 검색되지 않는다면 리맴버 앱 삭제 후 재부팅, 이후 재설치 방법을 이용하여 주시기를 부탁드립니다. 또한, 고객님께서 말씀해주신 위젯에 대한 의견은 담당부서에 전달하여 논의 될 수 있도록 하였습니다. 만족스러운 서비스를 제공해드리지 못해 진심으로 죄송합니다. 고객님의 말씀을 귀담아 듣고 더 좋은 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다. 감사합니다.
