## What is NOA?

NOA is an advanced e-detailing solution designed to streamline and enhance sales presentations across desktop and tablet devices. It seamlessly integrates with your existing EDGE CRM system and the Veeva Vault digital asset management platform, ensuring that only compliant and approved marketing materials are available for your sales force.

With smart filtering based on user profiles, NOA delivers only the most relevant content tailored by country and business area so sales representatives can focus on what matters most. After a sales meeting, marketing materials can be easily shared with customers via secure links, providing a smooth follow-up experience.

NOA is also capable to do powerful analytics, with insights delivered through a Power BI dashboard integrated directly into the CRM. These analytics reveal which materials are used and shared with customers, helping marketing teams create more effective content. Data granularity and insights of material used and shared by individual employees are of course subject to local regulations and agreements (e.g. German works council) and might hence only be shown in an aggregated form.
