It is endlessly “fetching your location” with no resolution. I have attempted to contact the developer three times and have received no response. I appreciate that there are no annoying ads & that the radar screen is nice and detailed, but come on. Other free ad-supported apps do the same thing PLUS send you severe weather notifications! Yes, I emailed support but did not receive a reply. Great when it works but too often doesn’t for me, at least on my iPad. Thinking they might have stopped supporting it I purchased NOAA Radar Plus. Neither of these apps are working correctly. Radar Pro loads for a second then kicks me out. Radar Plus just shows an empty map with no Radar data. I’ve tried many work arounds. I’ve e-mailed the support site 4 times… no answer. I held off writing this negative review because I was very happy with Radar Pro in the past… before it stopped working. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2022-06-08, version 5.0* I was charged 1.99 several times to purchase this app and for in app purchases. No radar shows up. I’ve tried to contact for help twice now through their contact us email and have received no help. I should have tested some of the options. nothing works. didnt expect to get network connection errors, I obviously have an internet connection. It says last update 7 months ago. All the options say an error occurred during the request. This has made this app completely unusable. Devs please advise. I buy a lot of weather apps. I am a storm spotter. Loaded app radar map seems to be running however it would be nice if cloud images showed up. Not just a blank white map. When you put in location city it post a 1-2 inch banner with city. That I can’t make disappear (this app should disappear) When I turn on location setting and press locate in location menu it list every city in my vicinity without wanting those listings. SO FAR DEVELOPER JUNK JUNK JUNK. I DONT LIKE BEING MADE A FOOL OF. STOP DISHONORING NOAA ### 1/5 — Bad change *2017-09-09, version 4.3* I had this app for several years, then it started to go wonky. Things stopped working properly, & some things quit all together. After two months of it not working, i emailed them. Two weeks later, i emailed them again, because i hadn't heard back. A month later, i emailed again. Finally, after just over two months, they emailed me back that they were updating the app, & to check back to see when the update would be finished. After another month, i found that the update was available. Almost everything that i had before with this app was now charged for. It was basically useless. I finally got fed up with it & deleted it. Also using it now on vacation to see beach conditions while on vacation. I love watching and knowing what’s coming. I’m in real estate and use the app to know when and when not to schedule appointments. I really like seeing the storm cell cones. Super helpful.
