Likewise, the detailed weather information, as well as the extended weather information give an accurate forecast. Definitely recommend this app to anyone who wants and/or needs up to the minute weather information. ### 5/5 — Detailed *2019-06-19, version 5.3* Excellent app for detailed information about storms. I’m kind of a weather junkie and this app gives you the most information that you can find about local storm cells. If you are looking for more information than just watching the radar, this is definitely the app for you. Info like speed, intensity, reports of hail and power outages plus more. I also appreciate the fact that it tells you what the chances are for precipitation, unlike many apps that just have a rain cloud showing you there's a chance of precipitation. This could mean a 20% chance or an 80% chance. Able to add locations fast and easily. Really impressed with the NOAA weather alerts. I have found that the forecasts are helpful and accurate. Radar for local weather is great. Recently, however, the app has been working only intermittently, especially with iOS 11. Now with iOS 12 and recent app updates, we are back to a great and reliable source of up to date current and long range data. Download it now and give it a try. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 2/5 — Love this app. When it works. *2021-05-28, version 5.3* I’d say major update in order or is it ready to bail on hard earn money. Every time the is a major event in my area radar stops working. Send them email and never once a response but 1 -3 days it will get reset. When radar is working though it would the best. I wonder what it will take. Prolly the old stop support, abandoning old app and supporters, come out with a very similar new app that needs to be purchased or as the tend goes to be subscribed to. Don’t know bout you but hate that subscription no support thing like wit WU. ### 2/5 — Not completely accurate and expensive to get all components *2018-08-08, version 5.3* The location service is miles off from my actual location, in fact, has me in wrong city. I cannot find a way to delete the incorrect location. The initial charge does not even include weather alerts. Interesting that has not been mentioned in other reviews. True radar is also separate charge. These are all generally included in one charge that is not so expensive. ### 3/5 — We Center *2020-03-01, version 5.3* My go to app for weather, however Recently I have not been able to access info I had always accessed before. I thought it may have been a issue with my Apple 10s so I deleted the app and downloaded it from the cloud thinking it would fix any issues. It may be that I need to download in App purchase. Still like and use the app for current weather even though I can’t seem to access other features ### 3/5 — Not perfect *2020-02-14, version 5.3* I downloaded the app a few days ago and it just started working. The radar is very good. None of the other included features are working. I get a message that “a problem occurred while getting the data”. I did email support two days ago, but no reply so far. ### 3/5 — Nothing is working *2019-01-09, version 5.3* Just bought app and nothing work. Keep getting “network problem” error. It’s not my network, maybe theirs? Just submitted an email to support so we’ll see what’s they say. I also bought the snow forecast from them and it works fine. I will update after their response. ### 4/5 — Great tool *2019-08-08, version 5.3* I frequently travel long distances by car so it’s essential to be informed about the weather. The radar feature is invaluable for this purpose. The fact that I can tap & obtain info on weather in destinations I frequent is also beneficial. The only reason I withheld a 5th star is because initially I found the app somewhat difficult to use, but that may have just been me, notorious Luddite that I am. The view is easy to understand and the menu system makes it easy to navigate. ### 4/5 — Unique in several aspects *2018-07-14, version 5.3* The main feature that I like a lot is that the map view is the default interface that shows all of your saved weather locations. This is especially good for traveling since you can see where you have been and where you are going weather wise!! Also, I like the swipe left, swipe right app control accessibility. I would like to see updates to the app in the following areas: weather fronts, a wildfire smoke & fire perimeter layer and iPhone X display support to start as there has not been an update for a year. Please Fix I really like this app so could you Please fix this problem Thanks ### 5/5 — Stopped workin, Sad, was a great app for weather detail *2023-01-17, version 5.3* About a month ago then it went south. That said it worked fine for years then went dead and finally came back. Beats me may be one guy updating a complicated app or simply not making enough to keep it up. This app is one of only two that gets a place on the first screen on my iPhone and iPad not in a folder. There are many features I like (lots of different types of info) but I especially rely on it for weather alerts, which I have set to multiple locations where family and friends live. Occasionally over the years all the overlay & detailed data (except alerts) stop working. In the past, the data comes back after a few days or weeks. I hope that is the case this time.
