I only just found out that they don’t work on the order until right before pickup time—even though I ordered in the morning for an afternoon pickup knowing that they run out later in the day. There is also no communication with the customer about “order being ready” or “unable to fill” even though they have our phone number and email address. The store employee on my last worthless “pickup” visit told me that this is a third-party app so there is not a real connection with the store. The store would not even refund my money for the order they didn’t fill. They said contact the app. Which by the way is not easy or quick—no customer service phone number available. I’ve gotten everything together, around $200+ in the cart and hit checkout. Then I get a pop up saying I’ve been signed out. Really? No better time to have brought that up huh? Okay, I sign in again. Get everybody’s order in again, hit checkout. Payment rejected. I try again through Apple Pay on a different card, also rejected. A friend of mine tries via their longstanding Noah’s account, on their own phone, across 3 separate cards, also mixing in Apple Pay, also rejected. I’m sure the answer is that larger orders aren’t meant to be placed through the app. Maybe the app can flag that? Just a thought. ### 1/5 — Please fix *2026-04-17* You fixed the issue where we couldn’t order a pretzel bagel for the classic egg and cheese sandwich. But then a couple months ago you took that option away again! I order this every week and it’s very frustrating that I have to call or go into the store and ask them to change it to a pretzel bagel bc the app won’t let me select that. Please fix it again. Old review: I have been ordering the classic egg and cheese sandwich for a year on this app every week. But it never has pretzel bagel as an option eventhough the other sandwiches do! So I have to call every week to tell the shop to please put my order on a pretzel bagel. Please just add pretzel as an option to the classic egg and cheese sandwich. When I got to the store it only received my oj. Took my points but not my sandwich order. Had to order at the counter. Luckily the staff were able to check my history on the app and saw it withdrew 200 pts. Sharing my location is silly as I’m doing 70 and nearby stores are not relevant. And once I pick store, no favorite or previous order I can reference to order every time. The app says to choose you have to come in person and stand in line. Totally defeats the purpose. It’s like a clothing store app saying you can only order one kind of shirt in one color, but if you want any other shirt or color you have to order in person. What’s the point of the app then, or advanced ordering. Is a plain bagel even the best default? Or is another kind ordered more?
