The app is different than the instructions provided with the device. This is complete garbage. ### 1/5 — Device is Junk and Company is IMPOSSIBLE to Contact - NO WAY the positive reviews are real! *2026-05-19, version 1.1.8* First: I ordered my Nobl Air the 1st of May and it wasn’t delivered until today, May 19th. Second: They charged my credit card for a full year subscription a full week BEFORE the Nobl Air was even delivered! I attempted to contact the company multiple times to get this issue resolved without any success. Emailing them, gets no response, they have NO phone support and using their online chat only results in getting a promise of an email reply that never arrives. I wish I had done more research before I purchased from this company, do yourself a favor and search Nobl on Reddit then heed the warnings and move on to a different company. I tried all the tips and it didn’t work and so in frustration I cancelled with apple subscriptions. Literally the first flight I took with my new luggage from Atlanta to Houston, my check in was “lost”. I had to get to a meeting and did not have time to start waiting in line at baggage claim to start figuring out where my bag was. I checked my nobl air app and turns out it’s still sitting in ATL. Not fun but at least I knew the source and didn’t waste my time. Headed to my meeting and called ATL airport, long story short my bag was delivered by the airline to my hotel door the next morning. Without nobl air I would have missed my meeting and caused myself endless stress that day! ### 2/5 — I am disappointed. *2026-05-10, version 1.1.8* I am sure there are reasons but I placed my order with Nobl back on 2 May and I have yet to receive my order. I have checked the status of my order and as of 10 May it says that my order has shipped. However when I look at the tracking number they provided, UPS is still showing that the label has been created with no further updates. I see some improvements needed in communications and shouldn’t automatically charged subscription when device is ordered because some have subscription already. I spent over an hour and a half maybe two hours on chat with Customer Service only for them to ask for my password which gives my location wherever I’m at and I’m not willing to do that so it still doesn’t work. I’m headed out on a trip today and they still can’t get it fixed. The 14 day air subscription expired before I even received the luggage. I was charged for the 1 yr subscription but never received the air tag. I called July 7 and was told it would be expedited. Today is July 17th and I still haven’t received the air tag. I called again and was told it would be expedited. I paid for a service I can’t even use. Ordered 5/12 told would arrive by 5/22, nope! Called because it said it was shipped! Took them 45 minutes to answer a phone that just rang and rang!! Finally spoke with someone who agreed there was an issue, stated they’d give me 15% back if I stayed on board and waited a little longer. Ok so I waited and they arrived 6/2. The carry on’s handle is all scratched up, the “covers” were just thrown in. So it doesn’t fold right now. And then the big kick in the butt is the fact that I bought 6 air tags.. to get 6 free! And NOW I see I have to pay ANOTHER $139 per device per year to activate?!? No thank you… my Apple Air Tags work just fine, and have for 4 years so far! And the app can’t connect to the device either. Please, just send me the return labels and refund me ! I love that the app gives you very specific tracking details. ### 5/5 — Extra Features *2026-05-13, version 1.1.8* I have the whole Nobl Luggage set and I love all the great features that come with them. The cup holder, the USB port and the hooks to hang your handbag on . The Weekender bag has a separate compartment for shoes and has many other compartments. I’ve said in my other reviews. This luggage is the Cadillac of suitcases. I bought my daughter the carryon and the weekender and she absolutely is thrilled with both pieces. As I am her mother.
