The change to how we pay our Visa was supposed to make things better. It must only be better for the bank. Card control frequently crashes, can no longer add notes to payments and it’s harder to view transactions. I have to constantly log out and back in just to access card control.

Always has bugs and it’s always doing something dumb, Zelle is so dumb on this app whoever decided to incorporate it into the this horrible app needs to find a new job.

Ever since I got my new phone the app hasn’t been allowing me to access my bank account due to the security codes it normally has a spot to fill the blank for the code number but it hasn’t been working so I have to go on my online browser just to see my bank in order to send money or see how the money is going to what. Now the new update makes me have to click the “start over” link again but it doesn’t work. The bank needs to do something about this it’s not very efficient as it’s supposed to be.

The app works for a while. Either a few days or weeks or months. Then just crashes and doesn’t open anymore. So I have to delete and redownload the app for it to work again. I have to keep doing this over and over and over again and it’s annoying. Also doesn’t feel secure when it deals with money.
