It must only be better for the bank. Card control frequently crashes, can no longer add notes to payments and it’s harder to view transactions. I have to constantly log out and back in just to access card control. ### 2/5 — Secure login *2026-02-12, version 2025.10.1.2* I had to go on the actual website for online banking and secure my login because for some reason, the app wasn’t helping me. I tried to secure my login with “call me” on one of the numbers I put on there and I received nothing. I put the app on my tablet and tried it that way. Nothing. The website thankfully had my email as an option to secure my login. I can’t believe using the app is so difficult. It wouldn’t even let me use the “text me” option. I hope this can be fixed. Now I have to go through 4 menus before I can do that. The bank itself is fine but their new system update completely ruined the user experience for me. I’ll probably be moving to a new bank soon because I’ve literally missed credit card payments now since the UI is so horrible. ### 1/5 — Capital is better *2025-09-05, version 2025.5.0.3* Nope this bank is super annoying to deal with. The app is easy to use but if you’re looking at reviews to see if you should get an account there, don’t do it. For some reason it wasn’t telling me where some of my money was going. Having other problems as well. You’re better off at Golden 1 or Capital. Also, when I got scammed out of 900 dollars so I went to my local bank and they told me I was gonna get credit back but when I was talking to the fraud person they told me I was going to get denied all because I “participated” in it. Not only that but the person I was talking to over the phone was basically calling me an idiot for getting scammed. I was already at my lowest but they made me feel even worse. Btw I got scammed because I was trying to verify my card and the scammer told me that I had to send over money in order to verify my bank. This bank lifted my spirits for nothing and when it came down for me following up on the claim, I was told about how dumb I was by the lady on the phone. Never again. One of the most traumatic experiences of my life because I had to pay for rent or else I was going to get kicked out. ### 1/5 — Card control is terrible *2025-08-25, version 2025.5.0.3* Noble was so easy to use until they introduced card control. This is the silliest thing ever. Honestly going to change banks to a more easier platform because convinence is important to me than rates. The software continues to glitch and it is now July ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst app on the store *2026-05-11, version 2026.01.01.2* Always has bugs and it’s always doing something dumb, Zelle is so dumb on this app whoever decided to incorporate it into the this horrible app needs to find a new job. ### 1/5 — Bank loading error: *2026-05-11, version 2026.01.01.2* Ever since I got my new phone the app hasn’t been allowing me to access my bank account due to the security codes it normally has a spot to fill the blank for the code number but it hasn’t been working so I have to go on my online browser just to see my bank in order to send money or see how the money is going to what. Now the new update makes me have to click the “start over” link again but it doesn’t work. The bank needs to do something about this it’s not very efficient as it’s supposed to be. ### 1/5 — App crashing *2026-03-19, version 2025.10.1.2* The app works for a while. Either a few days or weeks or months. Then just crashes and doesn’t open anymore. So I have to delete and redownload the app for it to work again. I have to keep doing this over and over and over again and it’s annoying. I cant even log into the app because it will infinite load on the security check screen. The customer service is awful, i can barely understand the representatives. Ive noticed a pattern that none of them are american, which is harder to understand someones voice with an accent through a phone when its something so important as for needing help with a problem or filing a dispute. Seeing other reviews this is horrible work ethic. You do not make your clients feel bad for their wrongdoing, everyone makes mistakes!!!
