Avoiding lines, and not being rushed allowed us to order items that we did not previously know were on the menu. The app informed us of order status and delivery info, and staff brought our order right to our location! The lines for drinks and food were incredibly long. I put an order in, went to the bathroom line (no app for that lol) and in less than 5 minutes I received a text that our drinks and food were ready. There were even signs and floor markings directing us to exactly where we needed to go to bypass the looooong line and quickly pick up our order. Thank you! Will definitely use again!! ### 5/5 — Works great! So much less hassle *2020-02-28, version 1.10.0* Used the app at the Mesa Arts Center in Arizona for “The Bachelor Live” event. Helped skip the pre-show line and get our candy and drinks much faster as there was a huge line or people getting wine. Downloaded the app, put in my information, ordered, and waited a couple minutes at the designated spot for then to call my name. Eliminated the person to person ordering process and the manual card swiping which was what was slowing the regular line down. Another woman saw me waiting pre-show and asked how I did it so I helped her download the app, set it up, and she ordered her drinks just before intermission and picked them up right as she walked out. ### 5/5 — Mohegan Sun *2020-02-27, version 1.10.0* I attended a concert at Mohegan sun and couldn’t have been happier with this app. It’s so easy to use and no lines to wait in to pick up my order. We used Noble to order snacks and drinks and it was ready very quickly! We didn’t have to wait in line at all, we just ordered and paid from our seats. It was great! I loved the fact that there was no wait for our snacks and we were able to get back to our show quickly. If you’re at a venue that offers Noble, I highly recommend using it! ### 5/5 — So easy! *2020-02-12, version 1.10.0* Went to a show at The Hanover Theater and our tickets had the app listed. I downloaded it and am SO happy I did! I'm not sure why people don't. It was very user friendly. I ordered our drinks when we were at a nearby restaurant and chose the time to pick them up. You even have the option to add a gratuity so no cash needed. Once we went in thru the front doors, we found the spot to pick up our drinks and went straight to our seats with a few minutes to spare. It was great to breeze past the 30+ people waiting in line to order! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Didn’t Work!!!! *2023-09-26* I was Very Excited to find, and Use your app! I started ordering our drinks while driving to the venue, because I suspected there would be long lines! It kept saying, “Venue not Recognized!” (Which I Did understand, cause we weren’t actually There yet! But I tried again while standing in Line! And 2-3 times while actually standing Right in Front of the bar!!! It Kept Saying the Same Thing! There was a guy there who I guess, represented the app, or at Least seemed to know All About it! He told me he had Naver Seen That & to make sure my phone was set to Share my location. It was!!! Then he said he was sorry, but I might as well just go get in the line at the bar, “it wasn’t very long Anyway!” So, short story Long! This app is completely USELESS! And I think I read somewhere that you can’t just Opt Out of it!! I’m goi g to Delete the app, & pray you haven’t already Sold my email addy to Everyone!!! Thanks for the great idea, but it needs LOTS MORE WORK BEFORE ACTUALLY PUTTI G IT IN THE APP STORE!!! Half the drinks we ordered weren’t available and it was about to be curtain. Would not recommend this app at all. Out $84. ### 1/5 — Not pleased *2021-07-31, version 2.2.4* A concert we went to required this app to buy anything including food and apparel. Download was easy as was finding our concert. Beyond that nothing was smooth. App is not user friendly. It isn’t easy to find out what you need to to to set up and use unless you happen to find the right places to click or get assistance from a nice person that went through the same struggle and offers to help you, which is what I was blessed with! Thanks to that person! Issues such as do you need to enter a credit card or does it use Pay Pal or such. When and where do you enter that info, at set up or checkout? Once we got thru all of that we ordered, app showed order was in queue, eventually changed to say order being made and then after 45 minutes it want back to order in queue. We went to the vendor at the food court and the vendor was unable to help determine status of our order. Fortunately another person who had the same struggle showed us how to use the app to find your number in the queue. We were number 96 and they were just finishing order 75. Went back to concert and waited another 30-45 minutes and no updates on app. Went food vendor again and they were at order 108. Finally was able to get our order but it was a bit cool and soggy by then. I will only use this app again if it is “required” again. Hopefully it will be smoother going next time. ### 1/5 — THIS APP IS HORRIBLE *2021-07-31, version 2.2.4* It crashed constantly, doesn’t offer any way I could find to cancel an order, and was an all around terrible experience trying to use. Trying to get an order canceled caused my mom’s credit card to flagged for fraud! DO NOT RECOMMEND. My buddy and I used the app for a concert May ‘21 - preordered and added on throughout the concert. We just ran back and grabbed our refreshments without missing any of the music! It was suggested, when I purchased my tickets online, that I download the Nobel app. What a great service!! I downloaded and set up payment— then on movie day, from my seat, I ordered and paid for my food and drinks and waited for the notification to come to the concession stand and pick up my order!! Not only did Noble allow you to pre-order your drinks, but we were able to order entire bottles, and other services, delivered right to us! The app was so easy to use and the service so quick! we told all of our friends, and strangers, to download it if they needed drink service that night. It was cool to be able to stay in your place & get your things rather then having to walk somewhere. Delivery was pretty fast at the beginning. Towards the end of the event took a little longer not sure if more people were buying drinks, technical difficulties or what but still great.
