Do not go for No Broker *2026-06-13, version 8.4.5* Do not go for No Broker, they are running a scam. They will make your property inactive on the App and then a sales person will coax you into buying a plan. Once you make the payment no RM or anyone from No Broker will be reachable. I asked for my refund but they’re all unavailable. But when they want to force you to buy a plan, they will call you 10 times in day. I wrote to grievances email ID as well, but no response not even an acknowledgment. Don’t fall for this. Waste of time and money. ### 2/5 — Pathetic service and support *2026-05-24* App doesn’t deserve even half a star. They are not responding properly to complaints and are not refunding the extra ₹1100 I had to pay due to constant pressure and money-extortion tactics by their delivery partner. This entire experience was absolutely pathetic. Dilip knew from day one that there was no lift at pickup and also knew I had opted for 7 days of free warehouse storage, yet while leaving he suddenly demanded ₹600 extra and I paid it. Then from the 5th day itself he started pushing for ₹750 per extra storage day when I was originally told ₹500. After that he randomly added another ₹500 charge for the 4th floor despite there being a lift, and then demanded another ₹1000 on top of that. I directly paid ₹500 to the delivery guy, but then Dilip started threatening me saying he would take my belongings back. At every single step there was a new demand for money. Constant pressure, rude behavior, rubbish language and cheap tactics to squeeze out more money. In total I paid an extra ₹1100 and still had to face threats. To make it worse, rats in the warehouse damaged my cartons and instead of taking responsibility for poor warehouse conditions and safety, he shamelessly blamed me for it. NoBroker has completely failed to manage or control its partners. The team called me repeatedly for payment, but now that I’m asking for my money back, no one is even bothering to respond. I’ve called 100+ times but no one has even bothered to respond. As per the agreement, if you were unable to find a tenant within 60 days, the money was to be refunded. It’s now been 120 days and I still haven’t received a response. At the time of registration, your team called me 100+ times for payment, but now that I’m asking for my money back, no one is even calling me. I request you to refund my money immediately. I purchased money back plan. First they will force you to change and upgrade the plan which I did not. Right now I am calling for my refund and not received any call for further refund procedure. Try to contact the owner, get more details or schedule a visit and you’re immediately hit by a subscription prompt (happens only with lucrative listings). These attractive listings appear to exist solely to lure you into paying and not to connect with real owners. For an app that brands itself on transparency and cutting out middlemen, this feels deeply ironic. Chat feature is the most irritating one. DONT PAY TO THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR SELF !!! ### 1/5 — NoBroker Is Just Brokers in Disguise *2026-04-24, version 8.4.2* Paid to avoid broker but scammed by so called NoBroker. I paid 2400 expecting access to owner phone numbers. After payment, every listing connected me to brokers acting as relationship managers from NoBroker. They behaved exactly like brokers. The main issue is simple. Why did I pay if I cannot contact owners directly? For one property, the so called RM said my appointment was for a premium listing and claimed I would need to pay 10k to proceed. That made no sense. I told them to show the property first and discuss payments later. After the visit, they said both I and the owner had to pay fees. They even played a recorded call with the owner. It was embarrassing. This feels like a broker service under a different name. At the very least, my money should be refunded since I did not receive the service I paid for. ### 1/5 — Bogus services *2026-04-16, version 8.4.1* Went to no broker for land paper verification to hire a lawyer. They charged 7000rs and after 2 days no response from no broker and even the lawyer. Beware of using their services. ### 1/5 — Get a broker instead of these scammers *2026-03-23, version 8.3.4* I would absolutely not recommend NoNroker to anyone. I wish I had an option for zero or negative stars. There was no active involvement of the RM and the field manager. There were absolutely no visits or attempts to schedule a visit. All we heard from the RM was to reduce the rent instead of finding candidates to rent. The keys were collected late and the pictures weren't even posted until 3-4 days into the plan. The 45 day plan limit was not honored. I would absolutely not recommend NoNroker to anyone. No service was provided despite paying 7000 rupees. A private broker is way better. Note - After I wrote a review on trust pilot they have been spamming us with calls asking for more money instead of providing a refund or a resolution. Is this really the way customer service should work? Do not fall in the trap. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-03-18* Hi everyone, who ever taken nri plan or planning to go for this guys please back out. I am telling honestly these people do not have work ethics. The are like cheaters and most lethargic people who is sitting out there. There only poc is RM, we cannot escalate to any other level, we need to keep slogging day in day out for response. I supposed on Board a tenant just because of these negligence the tenant back out last minute, matter of fact they the tenant literally struggled like hell where is trying to work n get things done from past 1 month. It turned out to be a complete waste of money and time. The promises made during onboarding were far from what was actually delivered. The relationship manager assigned to me was unresponsive and lacked proper follow-up. Calls were rarely returned on time, and I often had to chase them for updates. Many property listings shared were either irrelevant to my requirements or already unavailable. It felt like there was no real effort made to understand my needs. The so-called “priority service” made no noticeable difference. I did not receive any meaningful leads, and scheduling site visits was poorly coordinated. In several instances, appointments were either delayed or not confirmed properly. For a premium plan, the overall experience was unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend the NoBroker Premium Plan to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable property search experience. As per the latest weekly report, the property has been serviced for 77 days, with 29 leads worked on, 3 meetings scheduled, and no visits completed . Despite being enrolled in the Premium NRI plan, there has been no meaningful progress toward closing a tenant. I am currently living abroad and trusted your service to manage this professionally. Unfortunately, the results have not met expectations, and the service delivered does not justify the amount charged. I request you to please initiate a refund at the earliest. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to share my experience publicly on Google and social media, particularly highlighting the concerns faced by NRIs using your services. Customer service called us and they’re asking money to post ad. ### 1/5 — Very frustrating support and mostly now a con company *2026-02-05, version 8.2.8* It is not first time but multiple instances that NoBroker is not something which it used to be. I took rental service for my property and they did not do for initial 2 weeks, then I decided to give property to my family member but they did not refund my money saying they need agreement which I clearly mentioned why would I need to prove its gone just give me my money , They never did. Second instance, I tool rental agreement service and their team multiple mistakes in multiple iterations and finally blamed us for approving draft. What will do if you correct first mistake then in second iteration fix second mistake and in third iteration you make first mistake again. Should I keep tracking and validating even after providing all details. Lately I have very bad experience and request you all to avoid these fraud company. if anyone one of you need more details read reddit , I am gonna soon provide more details with proofs of emails. The service came at a significant cost—₹30,000 upfront, an 8% share of the rental income, and deductions from the tenant’s security deposit—but the experience did not match the price. Even before onboarding was complete, I started receiving repeated calls and emails from multiple sales representatives. After signing the agreement, the calls continued despite my repeatedly requesting that all communication be handled via email because of the time zone difference. I received calls at very inconvenient hours, including early mornings and late nights in my local time. During the property inspection, I also felt pressured to purchase additional services and products, even after declining them multiple times. Eventually, I decided to cancel the service after being informed that I would receive a refund within 60 days. I went with the Owner Super Activation Plan under the Owner Super Postpaid team, and honestly, it was a great experience. Huge shout-out to my relationship manager, R Nivash. He answered every call (even late evening), arranged viewings on super short notice, and guided me through the paperwork without ever making me feel rushed. He was very transparent about the charges and explained everything in clear detail. I was half-expecting hidden costs, but Nivash negotiated everything right up front. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. To be honest, I almost finalized another apartment, which is when Nivash called me about scheduling a viewing for this place. From then on, it was a very positive experience and I ended up choosing the apartment that Nivash facilitated. He facilitated a lot of back and forth discussions with the other party and helped close the deal quickly. Also, kudos to Sumukha Dammur Engineer, the team leader. If you’re hunting for an apartment without the usual headaches, grab the NoBroker app and ping Nivash. Couldn’t recommend them more! ### 5/5 — Its a scam *2025-04-20, version 7.8.1* I had booked packers and movers. This was a harrowing experience, which made me regret the trust I had put on NoBroker. On the day of the move NoBroker sent me a message to update the details of the move, which I did. Then they sent me a message that my move which was scheduled at 1pm was delayed. I asked the reason why, turns out the vendor lied about calling me, I received no call whatsoever. Then they rescheduled it to 3.30pm. After recieving multiple reassurances from No Broker and the vendor, I waited for 2 more hours. At around 3.20pm the vendor calls me and says he doesn’t have time, he can come by the next day. What the absolute audacity. And when we ask NoBroker for help they said they can’t do anything about it, and can move by next day. What is going on???? Is this what a professional does. Please NEVER use NoBroker for anything if you value your sanity.
