The NoBrokerHOOD app is aimed at making your life in your building society easy and secure. This housing society management software offers you exceptional security and convenience. The app offers a plethora of services and is more than your average visitor log software or visitor check-in software.

You have the ability to Notify guard about visitor arrivals in advance, this way visitors don’t have to wait at the gate for approval anymore. You can also pre-approve entry for delivery personnel, cabs and more. If you’re inviting friends and family over, you can send them unique codes that grant them instant access.

You open the app… and it is a total maze! You have to dig deep to find anything that is of use to you. While 80% of the screen is just advertising. 

Secondly… you cannot control your notifications. And a major chunk of them are just ads. If you switch off notifications, you will miss out of what is important to you. And if you do t… you get 50 notifications that are entirely of ads. AND if you do switch off notifications of a certain type IN the app… you have to do it again every 30 days. MYGATE is a much better app that does the same for less irritation. Terrible experience.

Also, it is clearly evident that quite a few of the top reviews are paid reviews/AI generated.

### 3/5 — Great for Society Management, Poor Home Services Vetting

NoBrokerHood is excellent for core society management, offering seamless visitor tracking, gate approvals, and bill payments.
However, the third-party home services marketplace needs better vetting. Vendors can be unreliable, occasionally giving misleading warranty info to close jobs quickly with little platform accountability when issues arise. Additionally, the user experience is increasingly cluttered with aggressive ad pop-ups and commercial notifications.
Great for community security and utility features, but exercise caution when booking their internal plumbing or repair services.

### 1/5 — Packers and Movers service is a Fraud

I booked and paid in advance for loader tempo to move to different location. they never assigned the parter, not even called to provide valid reason for cancellation. In fact they didn’t even cancelled the booking but not refunding the money.  I had to arrange loader on my own in a higher price for shifting. NoBroker neither calling nor responding to my email/chat to process the refund.

While exploring they will keep calling to book the service once booked and paid they stop phone communication and switch to chat only. Initially they were replying to chat and when failed to fulfil the service they simply deny discussion over phone. 

It used to be good when started now it’s pathetic online platform. I wont recommend to pay for any service in advance. Instead pay once service is provided. Book a local vendor over Nobroker hood.

i am trying to chase them over email/phone/chat from past 3 days to process the refund but getting no response. 
Looks like i have no other choice but to file is compensation case in consumer court..

### 1/5 — NBH is not a user friendly app

My apartment uses NBH, and a few other apartments I know, where my friends live, are also partnered with NBH. Unfortunately, even though many residents and direct partners requested an accessible interface for this app, the company never responded to those emails or other communications and simply ignored them. It is important that residents with visual impairments or other disabilities be able to use the app with assistive technologies like screen readers, so it is very disappointing that NBH never seems to care about these requests. Although there are hundreds of screens in this app, only a very limited number meet accessibility or WCAG guidelines; the rest are highly inaccessible. If you are a new apartment association, it would be better to look for other apps, as they are much better than this one. There are many unlabeled buttons and buttons without accessible labels, many color contrast issues, and keyboard-only users cannot use this app. Even after writing and following up for almost a year, the company never seemed to care, which clearly shows that inclusion and user experience are not part of their values.

### 3/5 — Heavy Cross Selling

The app itself is good for the society management, but heavy cross selling and they do not respect customer app settings. Notifications every now and then even if you keep the toggle Off, guessing done purposely, and you open the app, big focus is on cross selling than the actual use of this app’s purpose. If you find any other society management app, you are better off there or accept cross selling.

### 1/5 — A security app turned into a marketing tool

Our society moved to NoBrokerHood for seamless visitor management and accounting, but the resident mobile experience has become a nightmare due to endless spam notifications.

The app constantly pushes pop-ups and push notifications promoting their internal services (cleaning, painting, financial products, etc.). As a resident, I need this app to know if a delivery driver or guest is at the gate. Because of that, I can't mute the app at the system level.

NoBrokerHood needs to understand that a society management app should prioritize utility and security over aggressive cross-selling. The UI feels cluttered with advertisements, and it completely ruins what could be a good platform. Fix the notification settings to let users opt out of marketing clutter.

App interface is bad which probably can be improved but there customer service is worst. I paid $$ for advocate service and provided them all the details. Service manager provided some infrequent updates for 3-4 months but then totally ghosted me from last 2 months. I won’t recommend this app and service to any apartment complex. They are running a SCAM !!!

Never book your service from this for packers and movers it’s almost 20 days I didn’t recieve my package , they don’t pick ur package on time , they will not come with packing material, and they will say I will pack from office and then they will ask u extra charges and above of all customer service ohh you can talk with god but you can’t talk with them no person will call u back and they Wil say sir you will get call back in 5 min and believe me you can’t get call back , and app help desk one more torture AI responses , I hope if AI can be pathetic then then this is a platform where AI Also die …. If you don’t get option then fire your all items or throw it or give to any needy person but don’t book with no broker …..and still if you want to feel kick in your life and play with your emotions then pls go ahead

Experienced frequent app it is getting hanging and close abruptly. Worst part is payment gateway… it is not allowing showing bank server is down. And when we cancel payment to confirm back it takes more than 7 mins !! And if we minimise and work on other screen this app will not complete the task. When you back to original screen it will be in pause mode. So we have to seat keeping mobile in hand and watching at screen for count down!! Pathetic app service!! If any technical person is there pls look into it !!

I had booked packers and movers with nobroker, i ll get to know the service partner info only before 24hrs. When i  tried to contact him, he is not honouring the booking and asked to cancel it as he don’t have option to cancel. I tried customer support which only via chat but no response and I don’t have any other option. O was waiting till next next day untill 10am and cancelled the booking. Now nobroker took  cancellation charge and refusing to refund without taking any responsibility on putting me under immense stress. They also took early carton service but didn’t provide any cartons. So o understood that, it’s their business strategy to scam customers systematically. So be aware. I later booked Porter and did my shifting hassle free. So even the whole world is going to end don’t go with nobroker service, they don’t allow you to die peacefully.
