Can’t even start using the app as it fails right at authentication using my google account. Not a great start , uninstalled right away!

Don’t bother having the browse listings enabled if there’s no inventory to speak of.

### 5/5 — I just bought my home virtually in Calgary using Nobul

I found Nobul when I was looking to purchase a condo in Calgary. I live in Burlington, ON so I did not know a realtor in that area. Initially Nobul matched me with a realtor that was offering cash back and was really experienced.  However after chatting with them on the platform I realized that they were not the right fit for me. I had agents quote for my business and within an hour I had ten agents competing for my business. I chose Steven Lubiarz as he had great reviews, a video, experience in the area, and was offering the services and great cash back I was looking for.

I flew down to look at a few houses before Covid hit and he took me around and showed me the neighbourhoods and different styles of condos in each area. We did not find a home at that time but I started to get a good idea of what I was looking for.

Over the next two months we continued to communicate through Nobul and share listings.  Nobul would send me suggested listing emails and it was like it knew exactly what I was looking for. When I found one that I liked Steven would do a virtual tour with me. He was great about it and even got in the bathtub once to show me the size 😁. I found the perfect place and we made an offer. He negotiated a great deal and we are closing on June 16th. The bonus is that we are going to get almost $3,000 in cash back on closing thanks to Nobul.

Since then we have been able to get our mortgage, arrange utilities and sign all the legal paperwork remotely. We even transferred the money electronically.

We are on the road now to Calgary and just saw that Nobul launched a new App. It looks great and I wish that I had it earlier as I find apps easier to use.
