Noco Calories is the calories and glycemic load tracker. Using this app you can plan your diet according to the physical activity. Based on your data the app calculates daily calorie rate you need to achieve the goal weight. Additionally you can track glycemic load and nutrient balance of your diet that is really important for understanding what kind of food you need. Great app has helped me loose weight. The only reason I have 4starred it rather than 5 is that it isn't multiuser. The ability to set up two users so my wife and I could both track our intake and weight at the Same time would make it near perfect.

I love this app! Easy, simple and nice. No tables and diagrams that I don't need or can't figure out. Only things I really use. Thanks to developers! Guys I love you!!!

I'm not even going to spend time on this stupid app. If you are inclined to spend your money on it, the first thing you may ask yourself is why they believe that American measures are made in Terms of grams and centimeters. I don't think I need to say anymore about It than that.
