## What is NODA?

NODA is THE app for preventive health. Based on nine core competencies, such as reflection, exercise, nutrition, digestion, creativity, social contacts, sleep, rest and order, you can assess your health and receive three-day feedback and a monthly list of your health parameters.
The buttons indicate whether you are in the red or green zone.
A long press on the buttons explains the health parameter.
A short press on the buttons lets you comprehensively assess the condition of your body from green to red or gray.
A short traffic light feedback at the beginning of the next day's entry gives you the direction for improvement.
You can improve and re-enter areas throughout the day.
You can also catch up on missed sleep within three days, for example.
The data is only stored on your phone and is therefore protected as very personal data.
