## What is Nodd?

Nodd turns mindless scrolling into a moment to move.

Choose the apps you want to pause. When you reach for one, Nodd invites you to take a short guided stretch before continuing. Loosen your shoulders, move your neck, and give yourself a moment to decide: do you still want to open that app?

A SMALL PAUSE, A REAL CHOICE
Finish your stretch and allow access for a while, or put your phone down and get back to your day.

GUIDED MOVEMENT
Follow simple animated stretches with clear cues. No camera, fitness equipment, or workout clothes needed.

YOUR APPS, YOUR BOUNDARIES
Choose individual apps to block and set how long each stretch unlocks them.
Nodd pauses them again when your allowance ends.

SEE YOUR SCREEN TIME
View usage for your selected apps and notice how it changes over the week.
No streaks to protect or scores to chase.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account required. Your Screen Time reports are displayed privately through Apple's system, and Nodd can't read or collect their contents.

START FREE
Block up to two apps for free, with the full guided stretch experience.
Upgrade to Nodd Premium for unlimited apps.

Less autopilot. A little more movement.
