Every single campaign expects too much for what the influencer is getting in return. The team also responds to issues very quickly. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work, zero help. *2023-10-02, version 2.3.5* I’ve been trying to use node for over a year and a half now and it still won’t work. They have accepted me, but the page has never gone beyond the “we will get back to you in 2-3 business days”. I’ve emailed about it and have been told I have to link my account. My Facebook is linked, but my Instagram won’t link for some reason and they are zero help in figuring out why. They just say they’ll look into it (but then don’t), for some reason they can’t do anything on their end. I’ve deleted my account, but it doesn’t actually delete so that’s not an option either. It’s extra irritating when you know they work with creators who buy followers and have no real influence, what benefit is that to the brands? ### 1/5 — Avoid…. *2023-07-29, version 2.3.5* A complete scam : I offered a node on June 6. I never found the profile of influencer that I was looking for. If you’re looking for mum influencer or food influencer, you might find something. Otherwise, this app is a complete waste of money and time. I finally found 2 influencers not fitting my node, but still better than the first ones. The 1st one posted a ridiculous and completely useless content not answering the brief I had provided : a video showing my social media feed, with a link to my profile. When I asked was an explanation of the service, talking to the camera, and explaining how the service responded to her need. The second one never provided the information I asked. Almost 2 months after I posted my node, I still haven’t any valuable content I can use. I asked for a refund, and the client service refused. A complete waste of time and energy. Avoid at all cost. ### 1/5 — Not professional *2023-04-24, version 2.3.3* We got a 1 star review from an influencer who activated the campaign. Sent a message saying they're not coming but then showing up weeks later and getting mad at our staff when they said we were deleting node because it's not working out for us. They kept calling, asking to speak with the owner then finally left a dishonest review on google. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign up *2023-04-05* On the last question it keeps loading but never goes to next page ### 1/5 — Not good *2022-07-15, version 2.2.5.7* I was rejected twice I get collaborations from many large companies. Node said I need to work on my photography. Other companies think I’m really good. Then i noticed they accepted one of my followers and she did a post for Node and the company The picture was taken on the bathroom floor with a small flower beside the products. Node put it in their stories too. Is that what you call great photography? ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2022-03-18, version 2.2.5.7* This app does not give “creators” the opportunity to join. Declines without any clear explanation…. Just a generic email. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2021-09-27, version 2.2.3* Very vague rules on accepting users and doesn’t tell you a reason for not being accepted. Doesn’t email back all it said is to sign up again but it doesn’t let you ### 1/5 — A waste of time *2021-09-03, version 2.2.1* I downloaded this app and signed up a couple of months ago, however was rejected as my social media account "didn't meet the requirements". I reviewed my Instagram account compared to what the Node requirements are, and tweaked it to ensure everything aligned. I tried signing up again last week, and was rejected again. I have 11.5k followers on Instagram (although I read followers don't matter much as long as you have 2k), with a good amount of engagement, and have aesthetically pleasing, quality photos. Captions always tell a small story as well. Not sure exactly what requirements they're looking for, but I won't be trying again as this has been such a poor experience. They do not pay you back for promoted posts!
