## What is Nodeshifter?

Nodeshifter is a modern, roguelike arcade game that pits you against an invading horde of Kryptorians in the single most deadly offensive launched against the forces of humankind — through the computer! So get your power gloves out because you’ve been approved to pilot a state-of-the-art Nodeshifter digital vessel. 

Each Nodeshifter comes fully equipped with a rapidly orbiting Node capable of summoning destruction at a scale the likes of which has been heretofore unseen. Ok so maybe the Nodeshifter isn't exactly that advanced… and yes maybe the weapon systems are a little crude but don’t worry along the way you will pick up a number of upgrades to make smashing aliens easier. Sure, it may be in pixels, but that doesn’t make it any less metal.

To become a Star Defender pilot takes guts, skill, and bravery. But if you are selected to be a part of this elite alien fighting space force then your name will be etched in the stars of valor forever.

I love this game, but it has recently stopped working and just says loading forever and it never loads. Please fix and I will immediately change to a five star review. I love this game. It’s so simple and challenging at the same time.

This game is great! It is a lot of fun, and has really unique gameplay! However, there are a few problems. One problem is that enemies that cause a slowing effect can cause your nodes to permanently slow down. Also, if you focus on only upgrading the speed of your nodes, the game becomes incredibly easy. The enemies just die the second they reach your nodes. However, aside from that, this is a really great game, and if it wasn’t for those 2 problems, it would get 5 stars.

The game is really fun and I would have played for a long time if not for all the bugs. I kept running into bugs that would keep my nodes slowed or frozen even after I killed the enemy causing the effect. 

This would result in my run ending early because if I literally cannot move the nodes then I’m helpless to stop the enemies from hitting me. 

It’s unfortunate cuz the game is really good otherwise and had a lot of potential. If these bugs are fixed in the future I would love to come back to the game.

…Or at least release notes The game is very fun. It takes a while to get the hang of the gameplay, but it’s so worth it! Now that I’m hooked, I want more info and there’s absolutely nothing out there. 

My nodes sometimes come to a dead stop in the later levels. I have no idea what’s triggering it or how to avoid it. It’s a total buzz kill though because it means an instant game over - even if you’re at max health and powered up to the gills!  It’s incredibly frustrating because you can’t undo it. All you can do is watch helplessly as your base is slowly destroyed - this is a borderline deal breaker for me, and may very well become a complete deal breaker if it keeps happening. Again, no info ANYWHERE on what the heck is going on.

It is impossible to get past lvl 1 without taking damage because every time I get 4 red guys coming at me at the exact same time and it is impossible to get rid of more than 1 of them without 2 nodes and it is impossible to have 2 nodes on lvl 1

This game is really fun and addictive. However, maybe it is just my phone but the experience accumulation doesn’t seem to work. I’ve played a number of runs but I still haven’t unlocked a second cassette spot. My stats say I’ve made it to level 14; have accumulated 2010 SAALT; but I’ve had zero runs, zero enemies destroyed and zero Cassettes unlocked even though I’ve unlocked at least 3 of them. I think something is wrong. Still a great game though.
