I am very disappointed that no.diet does not respond to me. They have taken my coach away for months while I was told it was only for 1 month. No reason provided for the extension. FAULTY product. ### 1/5 — Completely useless *2026-05-25* This app contains a very streamlined supply of useless information that you can easily find anywhere for free. It is NOT very flexible at all and recipes consist of things like peanut butter toast for breakfast (no one ever thought of that huh?) and fruit and yogurt smoothies. The ingredients are impractical (beetroot hummus? Where do I get that, there’s no recipe on how to make it.) You can get better advice and more complete detailed information online for free almost anywhere and the same goes for the workouts. They also charged me $30 for a set of books that I did NOT order. You can forget about contacting customer service as it’s all run by AI and there’s no way to just cancel the subscription, you have to email customer service and submit a written request and wait for a response. I stopped using and did not cancel before my renewal. Didn’t like the app so deleted it - which meant I forgot about it. Just realised I’ve been paying £31.98 for months and they have refused a refund of the last month’s payment - something other platforms are happy to do.
