## What is nodu?

nodu crafts a hypnosis session for the habit you are working on and narrates it aloud. Made just for you, from your own words, and never pulled from a library.

You talk it through in a short, private chat, and nodu writes a session made for you and plays it as audio.

YOUR HABIT - Name it in your own words: scrolling at night, drinking, vaping, sugar, procrastination, or the ones you'd rather keep to yourself.

WRITTEN FOR YOU - Every session is written new, from what you shared that day, drawing on guided relaxation, visualization and hypnosis.

REMEMBERS YOU - Each session builds on the last.

QUICK RELIEF - A short session for the moment an urge hits, once you have had a full session with that habit.

OPEN SESSIONS - Not everything is a habit. An Open session is about whatever is on your mind.

YOUR SESSION, YOUR WAY - About 10, 15 or 20 minutes, a male or female voice, rain, ocean or deep noise behind it, and an Awake or Asleep ending.

ARCHIVE - Listen to past sessions again.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN - No feed, no friends list, nothing to post. Your data is never sold or used to train nodu's models, and you can delete your account and your data from Settings.

TECHNOLOGY AND ITS LIMITS - Chat and sessions are AI generated, and sessions are spoken by an AI voice. nodu is self-help and general wellness, not therapy, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. It is for adults 18 and older.

SUBSCRIPTION - Your first three sessions are free, no card required. After that, nodu is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual, which you can cancel anytime in your Apple subscription settings.
