Everyone other fitness app pales in comparison to this one. It is so easy to use. The best part is that the app is free and while it does have a paywall feature, your not required to get it for the base use of the app. You have access to the workouts and tracking with recipes. With that being said there is a tremendous amount of information, and unique features that the app offers. It allows you to sync your health app, which then can track actively you working out. On top of that the nutritional information and recipes off a lot of guidance and step by step instructions. It looks like you can access several recipes in each category before having to pay, and access all beginner content before having to pay, with that aside it’s an incredible app. Noel’s video content on his social media accounts are wholesome and he seems to be a genuine individual! Nowhere on the app have I seen an option to log my meals that I’ve eaten for that day so that I can better keep track of my kcal per day.
