Two days later, I found the same product at Farmers for only $299.99. Trusting your price match policy, I returned to the store requesting a refund of the price difference. Shockingly, I was told that I’m not eligible for a refund unless I had purchased the extra warranty. When I asked to return the product instead, I was told it couldn’t be returned if opened—even though it had only been two days. Thankfully, the item was still sealed, so I got a full refund. But instead of refunding just the $190 difference and keeping a loyal customer, you refunded the full $489.99 and lost my trust completely.
