When know exactly what you want, and just want to walk in, pick up and leave. This app allows exactly that. I still get fantastic customer service, whilst waiting for my purchase to be retrieved. However I don't need to field the sales pitch. So for me this is perfect. Thank you for providing excellent service, to meet and exceed your customers requirements. ### 3/5 — Random issue when ordering *2023-12-21, version 4.3.0* Sometimes when placing a click and collect order through the app something goes wrong and for some reason your second name and phone drops off the order details that go to the store. When you go to pick up the order in store, you get a massive lecture from the staff about how it’s not a good idea to not put your second name (even though I know for a fact that it was there when I placed the order). The staff don’t believe me and always try to put the blame on me. It’s really annoying and I hope the dev team can look at fixing this. Happy to use click and collect etc. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bad service *2025-05-25, version 6.3.0* I’m a loyal customer of Noel Leeming and recently bought a FoodSaver machine for $489.99 at the Ormiston branch, without the additional 1-year warranty. Two days later, I found the same product at Farmers for only $299.99. Trusting your price match policy, I returned to the store requesting a refund of the price difference. Shockingly, I was told that I’m not eligible for a refund unless I had purchased the extra warranty. When I asked to return the product instead, I was told it couldn’t be returned if opened—even though it had only been two days. Thankfully, the item was still sealed, so I got a full refund. But instead of refunding just the $190 difference and keeping a loyal customer, you refunded the full $489.99 and lost my trust completely. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning to Noel Leeming again. ### 1/5 — Purchases *2025-04-04, version 6.2.0* I can’t see my purchases in the app it’s been few months and it keeps saying we have been notified about this issue and are working on it. If someone complain regarding a specific service, the CS should do something not totally ignore. My shipment was delayed for any reason, I can understand that, but I kept sending them and their reply always the same, wait for 5 days, then after more than a week, I need to contact them to ask them to update me, and the reply, wait 5 days. Now, it’s more than 20 days! And no reply or update! Unbelievable service. I never experienced a CS such like NL one.
