I’ve had this app for a couple days and I can already feel it helping. The podcast section is really good and helpful, they talk about all the reason why porn is bad and provides a lot of useful information to help you quit and inform you on the issues porn can have on your well being. If you’re looking to quit, I would truly recommend this app.
