## What is NOF扭轉體能訓練中心?

新北市淡水區新市三路二段313號2樓，「NOF扭轉體能訓練中心」
有別其他健身俱樂部，我們致力將運動傳授給民眾，
同時也激發會員思維、知識、規劃能力。
本館由「教練團隊」發起營運，
故以「責任制」方式重擔起每一位通往訓練道路的健者，
其中也包含銀髮老者、職業運動員與負傷疾特殊族群。

APP：本系統為扭館核心中控，
其便民於健者由入會、簽約、課程查詢、教練資訊、
場館照、門禁、預約、報名，一條龍包辦扭館邁向無紙本環境，
未來有其他開發異動將陸續更新…
＂訓練是最有品味的衣著＂

會籍：本扭館會籍分為兩種
1.自主訓練會籍－可於營業時段使用館內器材。(標示教練專用除外)
2.八堂團課會籍－含「自主會籍」權限，額外每月可任選報名8堂專項團體課程。
＂你不斷重複的事情將會改變你＂

專項團課介紹：本訓練中心團課為專項特殊項目，
如：TRX、壺鈴、戰繩、瑜珈、拳擊…等，
其專項都需特殊工具證書方予以開課，也本館志在教授與訓練，
故限制人數嚴格控管８人，提升課堂品質並增加會員運動與學習效果。

良善溝通教學系統與嚴格審核教練師資，
