Nofar Method is a refined Pilates experience designed to organize, strengthen, and align your body through intelligent, athletic movement. At the heart of the method is our signature 50-minute class, intentionally structured to move with flow and purpose combining both the Reformer and the Cadillac to create a complete and balanced workout.

With the Nofar Method app, you can:
