Seriously glad I ran into this app. Totally by accident as it did not come up in a search for a sandbag fitness app. The first “base” workout was a bit challenging but doable, for this 50yo guy with a 30lb bag. Ready for more now. Pretty sure I won’t get injured using these carefully laid out sequences so that’s great. Thanks folks!

### 5/5 — Awesome fitness app.  All you need is a sandbag

This app is great for at home or organized group workouts.
Minimal equipment is used and you get a full body workout 
every time.  I am beat after doing the hour session.
