## What is Nogo?

Nogo is a privacy focused tool that helps you stay present and reduce unwanted digital distractions. Choose which apps and websites interrupt your focus, enable blocking when you need it, and override it only when you intentionally decide to. Everything in Nogo is voluntary and user controlled.

Features:
• Select distracting apps and websites to block
• Start and stop blocking whenever you choose
• Three free 15-minute overrides with a weekly cool down
• Optional paid override time (“banked minutes”) for added flexibility
• A short delay before overrides to support mindful, intentional decisions
• No accounts, no tracking, and no data collection
• All settings stay on your device and can be changed at any time

Nogo also includes a stricter blocking mode designed for users who want stronger boundaries and fewer interruptions. Blocking is always reversible and always initiated by the user.

Nogo uses Apple’s Family Controls framework to help adults manage their own screen time in a transparent and respectful way. You remain in complete control at every step.
