I ordered one of the corded bracelets that unraveled on one of the edges. I contacted NOGU and they didn’t hesitate one bit to replace my bracelet and it arrived very quickly. These bracelets are beautifully made and are so versatile. I’m in love and will continue to add to my collection. If you’re on the fence about purchasing from them, don’t hesitate. I bought a gift card for myself and cannot get into my account in the app now. I bought the gift card online.. and used the same email address… but when I try to log into the app it keeps saying wrong password… AND THE STUPID LINK FOR A NEW PASSWORD WON’T SEND ANYTHING DO BETTER!! ### 1/5 — App does not match online *2023-12-19, version 6.8* The app does not match the purchase I tried to make online. Online I received a free bracelet and an ultraviolet light, but I was forced to checkout via PayPal (which I did not want to do). When I used the app I was able to checkout with a credit card but did not receive the free bracelet or the ultraviolet light like the online purchase. I hoped the app populated the free merchandise when the order was processed, but it did not. Possible scam! *2024-08-07, version 7.4* First order and they messed up and gave me 4 out of 5 items that I was supposed to receive. They said 1 item I ordered was the same thing as the other item I ordered. Then how come it says 5 items and not 4. They claim the anklets and necklaces are the same thing. Update your photos and items for sale then! Don’t sell them separate bc you’re making customers think they are different. False advertising and that’s scamming people. Also update the pictures with the right chains, the pictures look different and you claim they are the same item. They also say with free order you get a bracelet but when I got these earrings that weren’t for sale even on their website (looked like from Temu, it was made of plastic) they then said it was supposed to say free gift not bracelet. What?! Obviously you don’t look over your letters, and what you’re sending. Unless my issue is fixed, I will not buy from here ever again!!
