## What is nohrdliebe?

Wir sind eingefleischte NOHrD-Fans und versuchen - quasi solange es die Firma schon gibt - diese schönen Geräte nicht nur von ihrem ästhetischen Gesichtspunkt zu betrachten, sondern möchten erkennen lassen, dass diese Schätze auch vielfältig, abwechslungsreich und vor allem sinnvoll (!!!) einsetzbar sind.

Ob Übungen, Übungsreihen, Aufbauhilfen, Rezensionen über Geräteklassiker oder auch Neuerscheinungen, Wartung und Pflege - all diese Themen sollen hier ihren entsprechenden Platz einnehmen. Stück für Stück werden wir versuchen die komplette NOHrDfamilie für euch abzubilden. Ebenso werden die Ernährung als auch Ausflüge in die Trainingswissenschaft ihre berechtigte Aufwartung erhalten.
