Tetapi menurut saya bagus juga Noice menyediakan layanan streaming lagu2 indonesia, walaupun koleksi lagunya belum terlalu lengkap. Keluhan saya ketika saya sedang menggunakan aplikasi Noice ini adalah kadang aplikasi ini sering tiba” mati sendiri, lalu lagu/podcast yang tadinya saya dengarkan ter-reset, dan saya harus mencari lagi di menit keberapa lagu/podcast yang saya tadi dengarkan sebelumnya. Kontennya menarik semua. Masalah teknis akan lebih baik kalau misal setiap keluar dari apps di tengah2 mendengarkan podcast, apps bisa menyimpan nama podcast beserta menit ke berapa. Karena sering kali setiap keluar apps dan ingin melanjutkan mendengarkan, harus mengulang dari pertama. Beserta list dalam suatu album podcast order by nya Ascending aja, karena user pengennya dengerin dari episode 1 kalau udah selesai otomatis play episode ke-2. Bukan sebaliknya. Thanks anyway. I have paid for 1 month premium subscription which promises VIP content, but it is still locked. I have tried sending the email to the support team and not getting any response at all. I know it is not much money, but this is borderline scam with the lack of customer service to address it. If anyone reading this review, please do not misunderstand. This app has many great contents, but I am just dissappointed with the issue above. I will update this review once they address the issue. Update : no response at all from them, so I don't care anymore. The wording they use are misleading. So there are two types of paid content. One is called "VIP" and the other is called "premium". The problem is that when you subsribe to the Noice premium, it said "akses ke semua original VIP" (except musmas and Hiduplah Indonesia Maya). Pay attention at the word "VIP" there. It makes us think that it give us access to VIP content. But no no no. It gives the access to the premium content instead. So, the VIP content still has to be purchased separately. Once again, This is a good platform for many great podcasts, I am just really disappointed that there is no customer service clarifying this at all. Please change the wording to "akses ke semua premium content" Unfortunately, the star review stays until I see the change on the wording to avoid future misunderstanding. ### 1/5 — Bad maintenance *2024-09-21* Saya menggunakan Noice via iOS tetapi App nya seringkali error dan lag.
