Most useless app. ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2024-07-16, version 1.4.16* I have never encountered a more frustrating, poorly designed, and utterly useless app than the NOIDA METRO app. From start to finish, this app is a masterclass in how not to create a digital service. **Performance:** The app is unbelievably worst It frequently crashes and often fails to load basic information. This is inexcusable for an app meant to assist commuters. **Functionality:** Most of the features are either broken or completely unreliable. Ticket booking through the app is a gamble; transactions fail more often than they succeed, and refunds are a distant dream. **Customer Support:** Good luck trying to get help. The customer support is non-existent. Emails go unanswered, and there’s no help to be found within the app. It’s as if the developers have abandoned it entirely. **Overall Experience:** The NOIDA METRO app is a disaster in every aspect. It’s an embarrassment and a disservice to the commuters . If you’re thinking about downloading this app, save yourself the headache and don’t bother. It’s a complete waste of time and data. ### 1/5 — App is scam *2024-07-10, version 1.4.16* Sometimes they deduct the payment and shows that ticket it booked but ticket doesn’t show up in booked ticket section and they won’t allow you to book another ticket as it says use previous ticket. And you will have to eventually go to ticket counter. Happened to me 4-5 times now. Earlier I thought it might be some other issue but they just clearly scamming people. ### 1/5 — Worst | Pathetic service | *2024-06-21, version 1.4.16* Booking ticket from this app is really a headache and frustrating thing. Firstly this app never gets clicked on one time for quick booking and book ticket app. Secondly if someone doesnt uses the app for 10 days dont know the quick booking and book ticket option never ever works. The user has to logout and re login in the application to book a ticket. Really a irritating and frustrating thing.
