### 3/5 — Even though the earphones are connected via Bluetooth it says disconnected in the app

I am happy with the master buds and the apps user experience the first few days but then when I tried accessing the app to change some gesture controls it just keeps saying disconnected even though I was playing music in the buds. I have checked the case charge levels which were good and even tried placing the buds in the case, then closing the lid and reopening it. It showed up as connected in the app only after a few tries which in fact was quite frustrating. I haven’t had this issue with my cmf buds pro 2 which I replaced with my master buds. I’d appreciate it if you could do something about it soon.

I bought a truly wireless VS102 and Airwave Max 5. Despite devices being discoverable in the Bluetooth many of iPhone, the app was unable to detect both of them. Even after connecting from iPhone menu, and app was unable to recognise the connected noise devices. Waste of them wrt app, but the both devices are good

Excellent earbuds, terrible app. The audio quality is fantastic, but the app experience is frustrating. It fails to detect that I’m wearing the earbuds, locks important controls, and doesn’t save custom touch gestures. Since everything works correctly on another phone, this is clearly a software issue. Great hardware, poor app. Please fix these bugs.

The app and buds sync is very bad sometimes when the anc is on, app shows opposite and vice Versa, whenever there is a wind detection noise cancellation got auto cancelled. Also in noisy place the other person getting the sound and voices are not clearly audible to the listener.
Compare to the quality and features the price is a bit high should have been under 5k.
Now not getting return option through noise app

⭐⭐ Review (2/5)

Sound quality is excellent, but the app and features need improvement.

The ANC on/off control is available on the front, but there should also be an option to turn ENC on/off manually. That would make the earbuds much more useful for different situations.

Another issue is connectivity. The earbuds connect to Bluetooth normally, but when I open the Noise app, it often doesn’t detect or connect to the device properly.

Also, if someone mainly uses these for office calls, the experience isn’t ideal. During calls, I sometimes need to hear people around me as well as the person on the call. With ANC enabled, outside voices are blocked, making office conversations difficult. A quick ANC/ENC toggle would solve this problem.

Overall, the sound is great, but the app experience and feature controls need improvement.

I purchased these headphones a week back and it didn’t disappoint me at all.. at this price point i would say quite a good headphones with very nice sound differentiation and quality but it definitely lacks some base… overall very good and good battery life…

Best you can get below 10K budget and second best to Bose buds. 
Do customise and ANC from
app for better experience. Default setting is ok and could have been better.
Clarity, Bass and Treble are well organised. Loudness is not as equal to One plus Pro buds
