If his watch at home than its showing another location,actually he wasnt go there before. This issue was came while purchased. Try to replace from amazon but i dont have option for replacement.

I bought this watch as an upgrade from the Noise Amigo, expecting a more premium experience. Instead, I feel like I’ve taken a step backward. Despite the higher price tag, this "premium" model is surprisingly lacking in both features and basic functionality.
The Issues:
• Whitelisting is Broken: The most frustrating part is the call management. I have whitelisted specific numbers, yet the watch refuses to receive calls from them. In a device marketed for its connectivity, failing at basic communication is a dealbreaker.
• Fewer Features than the 'Cheaper' Version: It’s baffling that the Noise Amigo (the budget version) has more apps and better utility features than this model. The software feels hollow and restricted in comparison.
• Regret the "Upgrade": I spent more money for better performance, but all I got was a sleeker design with a broken ecosystem. The Amigo was more reliable and functional for a fraction of the price.
Verdict:
Don’t be fooled by the "premium" branding. If you are coming from an Amigo, you will likely regret this purchase. It looks nice on the wrist, but it fails as a functional smartwatch. Save your money or stick with the cheaper models that actually work.

Pathetic App… Total waste of money.. Have been trying to add my kids watch since last 3 days but nots happening.. I don’t know what to do now.. 7500Rs totally wasted

Features like temperature or listening without calling which are available in other companies are missing. I used wherecom by Watchout earlier. Battery life is good, location is also acceptable but not great.

The App is functional, does what is promises and overall get the Job done. Pairing with my Babys Watch was not challenging at all. I recommend this.
