Your brain isn't broken. Your phone is loud. Noiseblinders is a focus ritual app built for ADHD brains. One tap blocks the apps pulling your attention away - social media, messages, videos, games - and starts a curated focus soundtrack to help you actually get started. HOW IT WORKS Pick the apps that distract you most. Set a session length. Tap Start. Your chosen apps go quiet. Your soundtrack plays. When your session ends, everything unlocks. No complicated settings. No daily check-ins you'll feel guilty about skipping. Just a simple ritual you can reach for whenever you need to focus. BUILT FOR HOW YOUR BRAIN ACTUALLY WORKS Most productivity apps assume motivation is the problem. Noiseblinders assumes distraction is. There's no shame here. If you bypass a block, no lecture. If you break a streak, it restarts - that's how they work. Miss a week and come back? You're welcomed, not scolded. Some days you'll have a three-hour session. Some days you'll manage fifteen minutes. Both count. WHAT YOU CAN BLOCK Block any app on your phone - social media, video apps, games, messaging, news, anything that tends to pull you away when you're trying to work or study. You choose. You're in control. YOUR FOCUS RITUALS Build rituals around your actual work. Deep writing, studying, creative projects, client work, or just starting something you've been putting off. Choose session lengths from a few minutes to a few hours. Track your focus time, streaks, and sessions over time - stats that belong to you, not the app. NOISEBLINDERS PRO Unlimited rituals, the full focus soundtrack library, and detailed session history.
