Syncing is slow The band takes noticeably longer to sync data with the app. It would be much better if the sync process was faster and more seamless. 2. Live workout heart-rate tracking has a noticeable delay During workouts, the heart rate shown on the app/band is sometimes delayed or doesn’t update properly in real time. This makes it difficult to rely on the live heart-rate data during exercise. 3. Auto workout detection is a major issue The biggest problem I’ve noticed is that the band sometimes detects bike riding as a workout. For example, if I ride my bike continuously for 3–4 hours, it may record the entire duration as a workout. Because of this, the app also increases my strain/effort score significantly, sometimes reaching 80–90, even though I wasn’t actually doing a workout. This makes the overall strain, workout history and fitness data feel inaccurate, which defeats the purpose of having these tracking features. I like the concept and the band is useful overall, but the workout detection and real-time tracking need significant improvement. Hopefully Noise can improve the detection algorithm and distinguish activities like motorcycle riding from actual workouts. Overall: 3/5 ⭐ Good product with useful features, but the accuracy and reliability of some of the tracking features need improvement. ### 3/5 — Decent app …minor issues *2026-08-25* It’s a good app and the reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is because of 2 things…1- limited notification reception settings, wish there was a way to activate all notifications instead of a predetermined few and 2- the date doesn’t align with the data…today is the 25th why does it say 24th is the current day on the data screen? …those are the only issues I found and can be easily solved with an update but other than that it’s a good product ### 3/5 — Watch uses *2026-07-02, version 5.2.2* Very good information ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2026-03-31* For all the design and details I have tried to give this device a fair chance but to be honest it’s not even on par with first gen Fitbit. Sudden restarts erase any day it previously holds. During extreme workouts it cannot detect calories and heart rate through sweat. It seems to calculate calories by how high the heart rate gets but a thin layer of sweat diminishes is sensing capabilities. I have had to unpair and pair the device at least twice a month since I have had it. A single ad or update breaks the pairing. It cannot detect sleep and wake periods properly. Even watching a movie is detected as asleep and when you are taking a power nap it never even logs it. If it wasn’t a gift I would have not been happy with my purchase. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear about your experience. At first time i have to pair my watch with NoiseFit watch. Don't make mistake in entering your email or phone number as you would not be able to change it. And within 7 days you have option to buy watch insurance including liquid accident. if details are not correct u would not be able to change email id or phone number using support team also. i end up loosing change to buy insurance. Rest watch is compatible with IOS device and sync with noisefit app, apple health. They called me after 24 hrs after the ticket and listened to my querry and then they said they will call me back within half an hour but its been 24 hrs now no call back from noise, phone number they have for custom care is AI voice no human help, on email they do. The issue still isn’t fixed. Down rated my review to one star based on the poor customer service experience. Quick to respond, not the best listeners, slow to fix. I found a bug with the compass on one of the watch faces and reported it with a video. I was first told it was working correctly, and then gained acknowledgement that the watch face could be improved. After a firmware update I noticed behaviour proving the watch face was not working correctly. I again reported the issue with a new video. The response tried to answer a different matter (regarding compass calibration) after I iterated my point I was told that, yes, there was a problem with the watch face that would be fixed. Another app update has been released today (14 Feb 26), alas the watch face still doesn’t work properly. Very disappointing and frustrating. ### 1/5 — Enabling Call notifications issue *2026-03-20, version 5.1.2* Keep having syncing issues, which is really annoying. Call notifications get enabled but then when clicked out and back in again they’re still disabled, this is despite updating the firmware, turning on notifications, syncing the watch to the app, unpairing and repairing phone to watch.
