Seeing the details of the app I understood how lousy the support is. The app was last updated 9 months ago!!! 2. The App unbinds the watch everytime. With watch not bind to app, it’s no point using the watch 3. The app pushes the data to apple health multiple times. After using the watch for 2 hours I saw my apple health showing 15 lac steps taken that day! Super Lol. All this 15 lacs steps were synced from The pathetic Go Noise Evolve watch 4. I bought the watch on 5th sept . Got it delivered on 7th. Patiently used it for a day abs raised a complain on 8th sept and since then waiting for them to call. No point in keep this watch. I want a return and refund of the watch asap. Else I go to consumer forum. ### 1/5 — App full of bugs *2020-09-13* I have never seen such a app which has so much bugs. Login fails for no reason. You are not able to modify the personal details. Such a poor application, should not be on AppStore. Not sure how a company like Noise has such developers. The customer service isn’t helping well nor the technician has any knowledge to operate it well. After waiting for more than 50hrs finally received the call from the technician, the technician was clueless about what was happening exactly. He cut my call by saying he would call back in 5-7mins well it’s been more than 12 hrs now and I haven’t received a call back.. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 WORST Services EVER.. ### 1/5 — Worst ever *2020-02-11* I had bought go noise smart watch ! I recommend every please don’t buy anything from go noise because they don’t have any customer support if your product got any problem you will never get a solution so please be sure before buying a product from gonoise. Highly inconsistent and inaccurate data recording. Please work on this and give some update of the app ### 1/5 — Facing issue if I use Noisefit evolve watch with Noisefit peak application. *2021-07-28* If I use Noisefit Evolve watch with Noisefit peak application the other Bluetooth devices are getting disconnected to my iPhone 12 Pro Max. If I disconnect the watch then all Bluetooth devices are working properly. I contacted to apple service people they are telling that the issue is with watch. It’s better not to use Noisefit evolve. I need solution please. I don’t know whether Nexbase will provide the answer if not noise brand will provide the answer but I need solution for this.
