MY BAG IS 80 dollars!! When I said that was outrageous they denied me based on “not having insurance”! Are you kidding me? I NEED to have insurance and PAY more otherwise they don’t pay you if THEY break YOUR bag!!??? Horrible airline ### 1/5 — Poor app *2024-12-27, version 1.0.5* Credit card payment function doesn’t work, cutting out a lot of clients that will seek alternative airlines that work. Poor technology can’t survive in the digital era. ### 1/5 — yup *2024-07-27, version 1.0.5* tried to book in, 2 people but only gave us 1 printing pass. So they wouldn’t let me in and queued up anyway. ### 1/5 — Terrible app that’s a waste of time *2024-05-20* It constantly rejects credit card payments. They admit the problem but refuses to fix it. Every credit card I use gets rejected and asked to pay at a provided link in a email. Then you go to the link and it’s the same thing. You will need to go buy a ticket at the airport. A waste of time and money for a taxi. ### 1/5 — Age error *2022-06-17* Both the app and website kept saying I need to be two years old or above after I put in my date of birth several times.
