Fix *2024-10-21* I registered, it sent a pin to WhatsApp, I copied the PIN but when i switched to the app it kept asking me for my phone number all over again. I should be able to see the field where I can paste the PIN, and move on to order but the app or WhatsApp interface isn’t accepting that. very frustrating! Also 59 seconds isnt enough to copy and paste, not everyone is tech savvy. This was the worst service I’ve experienced. First, they made me pay the full amount and did not deliver the complete list of products. Then, when they finally sent the remaining items, the ice cream arrived completely melted and defective. I opened it in front of the delivery guy to show the condition, and he got upset that I opened it, even though they wanted to put it back in the freezer after it had already melted! After that, the delivery person disappeared, and customer service refused to give me a cash refund. They delivered a defective product but still want to force me to accept their conditions.
