## What is Nokto?

Nokto helps you handle the urge to text your ex after a breakup.

When it's late, your phone is in your hand and the message is one tap away, open Nokto. Breathe, let the urge pass and give yourself time before you send something you'll regret.

NO CONTACT TRACKER
Count every day without contact. Keep your streak, complete daily check-ins and see how far you've come.

SOS FOR URGES

• Calm down with a 1-minute breathing exercise
• Write to the community instead of your ex
• Talk it through with Inko

• Kindness jar: Collect small moments that make you feel good.
