If RTA wants us to stand in queue in metro stations to recharge will do that only. Topping up was quick, checking card details was simple, and card reading was super fast and reliable. Unfortunately, after the recent update, the app experience has become much worse. The card reading is no longer smooth, top-ups take more time, and overall performance has slowed down. Basic functions that worked perfectly before are now struggling. I really hope the developers bring back the speed, simplicity, and reliability of the earlier version.
