Unified account is not properly working. I lost my reservation information and they keep answering "that's not from here to there". I found myself to login with email wichi is not united. I Asked what does the residential address that I have to fill in mean? they answered to my first question like "Fill in when you book the flight" "I said I already booked and it's connected flight so there is no residential address" they answered. Get your booking number and ask again. from the beginning of the query process, there is no booking item selection. I have to manually type in. if that's necessary, why it does not say what are required to answer my question??? and what the heck is that rude response with one single line?? "Find your booking number and ask again?"  What kind of customer service is like this? I paid more money than the other platform cuz Ithought you are more professional and have better services. So disappointed. never buy flight ticket from you ever.

로그인 또는 회원가입 버튼 아무리 눌러도 반응없음. 최신앱을 깔아도 앱을 재구동해도 폰을 껐다 켜도 다 소용없음. 결국 ㅇ크롬 웹에서 로그인하고 예약내역 확인함

1. NOL 앱 삭제 후 재설치/휴대폰 전원 off/on
2. 설정 - 앱(or 애플리케이션) - NOL앱 - 저장공간 - 데이터 삭제 - NOL 앱 재접속

이미 예약 꽉찬 방들 왜 리스트에 다 보여줍니까 방 찾을라면 시간 아깝게 일일이 다 들어가서 확인해봐야하잖아요 무슨 시간 낭비입니까? 체류시간 지표 늘면 뭐하냐고요. 영업이익에 도움이 안될건데. UX나 사업감각이 전혀 없는 분들이 앱 만드시는듯.

표현하자면 쓰레기 같아요. 여행가서 예약한 객실 들어가니 벽면과 바닥에 곰팡이 투성이, 테이블, 쇼파, 바닥에 알 수 없는 검정색 크고 작은 얼룩들, 금연 객실인데 재떨이와 함께 담배 찌든내, 환기 안 되는 방, 에어컨 안 시원해 지고 수압 엄청 약해서 물은 질질질질. 야놀자 고객센터에 연락했는데 1시간 가량 연락 안 됐고 이러지도 저러지도 못하고 계속 시간 낭비하다가 카카오톡 1:1 상담 연결하니 답장 오길래 느끼고 있는 문제점에 대해 클레임 거니 객실 상태 확인 절차도 없이 위생은 개개인마다 느끼는 점이 상이하기 때문에 취소 불가하다는 답변 받았어요. 객실 상태 사진 다 보내주고 숙소 대표 앱이 이런 식으로 운영하냐며 뭐라고 할 때마다 해당 문제 확인하고 답변드리겠습니다. 10분만 기다려주시겠어요? 계속 이러고 있고 노발대발 난리치니까 그제서야 취소해 준다고. 시간 확인해 보니 오후 7시 입실해서 처리까지 오후 8시 30분 됐고 여행 왔는데 시간 낭비 시킨 거에 대해서는 어떻게 보상할 거냐 따져물으니 이 부분은 보상 시스템 안 된다고 또 형식적인 답변 늘어놓길래 개거품 물고 난리치니까 5000P 줄 수 있다고 해서 어이가 없었네요. 고객이랑 딜하는 것도 아니고 밤 9시 다 돼서 길바닥에 나앉았는데 찜질방 갈 돈도 안 되는 금액으로 어쩌라는 건지. 질 떨어지는 숙소앱 야놀자 평생 이용할 일 없어요. 답변도 보니까 위생, 계도 타령하면서 똑같은 말만 반복하고 있는 거 같은데 그따구로 운영하면서 피해주지 마세요.
