## What is Nolapse?

Nolapse is built on JITAI — just-in-time adaptive interventions. A system that acts at the exact moment an impulse occurs. Not before. Not after.

Nolapse doesn't tell you what to do. It introduces friction between impulse and action.

When you feel the urge to gamble, you open the app and pass through the filter. You hold your fingers on the screen for 12 seconds. The system evaluates the attempt and returns a decision: blocked, delayed, conditioned, or unrestricted.
