## What is nolater?

You know what to do. Starting is the hard part.

nolater turns the task you are avoiding into one small physical action you can do right now. Instead of showing another overwhelming plan, it reveals only the next move.

HOW IT WORKS

• Enter the task or goal on your mind
• Receive one concrete action designed to take 10–120 seconds
• Ask for a smaller or different step whenever you need one
• Use quiet focus to stay with the move—not the whole project
• Continue one step at a time without repeating completed actions

BUILT FOR THE STUCK MOMENT

nolater can recognise when your input is a larger goal, identify the current milestone and keep each visible action manageable. Your current session is saved on your device so you can return without rebuilding the context.

NO STREAKS. NO GUILT.

nolater is intentionally narrow. It is not a calendar, project manager or habit tracker. There are no streaks, points or crowded dashboards—just a calmer way to begin.

nolater is a general productivity tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat ADHD or any other condition. An internet connection is required to generate actions.
