I’ve always had no problem cashing out I push to my card and it’s there in a few mins. I’m not sure why some have issue, but me, I’ve had a very positive experience. However, I made a five dollar deposit also… but I guess that didn’t matter. Then I won $700 and they told me I could only withdraw $100 a day till it was exhausted. Because I didn’t make a 500+ dollar deposit to earn my winnings. They also declined the first 100.00 redemption twice because they said I hadn’t uploaded my card that they wanted me to upload.
