Do not play ### 1/5 — Deposit/Buy big or you will not get your winnings all at once. *2026-02-17, version 1.23.1* I won $100.00 on a daily gift, and a 5.00 deposit I made after playing a while on the gift. After putting me through way too time and trouble they finally agreed to let me redeem. However, I only got $25 of the hundred that I won. They said that was because I won off of a daily gift. However, I made a five dollar deposit also… but I guess that didn’t matter. Then I won $700 and they told me I could only withdraw $100 a day till it was exhausted. Because I didn’t make a 500+ dollar deposit to earn my winnings. They also declined the first 100.00 redemption twice because they said I hadn’t uploaded my card that they wanted me to upload. I had however, and after the second denial, they said go ahead and try again and it went through so a 2 day delay for no reason. ### 1/5 — Rip-off SCAMM RUN Fast *2026-02-11, version 1.23.1* I play several of these types of casino app. This is the first one that truly made me feel ripped off. I purchased 3 packs of coins before really getting started. 60,80,49 for the total of 189 of coins. I got 50. When I contacted support they pretty much laughed it off with a might fix itself. Was told oh well cant help it. You see I used the welcome promotions. Was told the money “should” come back to my account. The promos wont. I can repurchase but instead of paying less than $100. I could pay almost $200. If I ever have any issue I just contact live support via chat and they do their best to solve the issue. They do have small add ons that add $0.05-$0.20 to your spin for inclusion in their random jackpots but I win extra money in them all the time so it’s worth it. I’ve always had no problem cashing out I push to my card and it’s there in a few mins. I’m not sure why some have issue, but me, I’ve had a very positive experience. I like their games and if I’m low on $$ they have $0.01 games..a bunch of them. I really like their customer service too, they will check to see if your account has free play if you ask. The system awards it. Contacted support and they told me I could only cash out $50 because I played with free play coins. Mind you they make you buy a coin package before you can redeem. So me and support are going back and forth then they change the amount that I can redeem to $25 and say I can only redeem through gift card. You can only redeem $100 or more the other way. So I say ok and he tells me the $25 has been sent to my PayPal. Out of all the sweeps I’ve played this is the worse and they are very shady.
