So this store is good to buy PlayStation card or any other card in this store the bad issue is if you order a headphones or any stuff in this store? The delivery will be taking a long time to deliver to you.

I buy all my cards for PS and Apple Store here they service is SUPER fast,  reliable & 24h.
Also I was looking everywhere for a game, I was going to order it from abroad when I remember the app. Not only did they had the game , they deliver by 10am next day( I ordered @1 ) 
Absolutely Love them !!!

Extremely bad experience when you find out that this business customer service representatives are lying to you & delaying you for days to buy items!!!!!!

Service not good at all. If you make order, you will receive multiple invoice order numbers by mistake. Reported several times but not solved. Caused much confusion. Also customer service never respond to phone, but they respond to whatsapp only and very late.
Finally, any order you place will never reach to you on time or given date or even a complete order… regardless of how many times you speak to them.

Whatsapp service representative says “driver will contact you now”; two days no one called !!!

Definitely not recommended. All items can be found same and cheaper in Alif Stores App and Geem App.

Bought a birthday gift for my wife. Expected the gift to be delivered within 2 days. Was let down though I have reached customer service multiple times.

Worst service i have ever experienced, customer service are not helpful at all, delivery was 2 days date and when I received my order it was the wrong product i had to wait one hour in my car for the delivery to bring me the right order.. never using the app again.
