Trying to find a contract is the problem. Seems like everything close soon as you submit. The profile experience is not accurate. It said I needed 1 year of general experience & I had over a year & it said I had .99 when I really have 10 years. They’ve started to illegally keep your stipends if you’ve called out sick for example if you called out sick one day, they won’t pay 1/3 of your stipend, etc. ### 2/5 — 10 applications zero submissions *2023-12-07, version 3.3.0* I apply to jobs over and over and they always say under review. I have not been submitted to any. Really need to streamline the process. I did all the onboarding. Why can I not be submitted. Days.) and when I click on “action needed” there isn’t a way for me to resolve the issue. So then I have to submit a lengthy help request where I have to talk to a person at length to do just the simplest thing. The turnaround time is also very slow. An extra several days because they didn’t realize my BLS is current. Just simple reading comprehension should take care of so many of these issues. It’s terrible every time. Also glitchs in asking for overlap in work experience and looking at my work experience there are no overlap. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Rad tech *2026-01-12, version 3.28.0* They constantly watch every time you log in to the app and will call you, text you and email you if you even click on one job out of curiosity. It is makes me feel like my privacy is violated and is disgusting. I should be able to just browse jobs without them spying on me. And recently it tells me I missed my submission deadline when I can see that I’ve submitted my time card. For multiple weeks on a previous assignment, I had to find the current assignment in my past assignments. It’s super glitchy when scrolling through new, potential assignments.
